Interviewing
Ready to shine? Prepare for your interview
We're excited you are considering joining our team. Our interview process is designed to get to know you and help you get to know us.
Here's what you can expect;
- A recruiter or hiring manager will reach out to discuss the role and your background. This is a chance to align on expectations upfront.
- If it seems like a potential fit, you'll be invited for a series of conversations with different team members. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills and get to know our culture.
- We encourage you to ask questions! This is your opportunity to fully understand the role, environment, and team dynamics to decide if we are the right mutual fit.
- Interviews are typically virtual for convenience, but we're happy to meet in person if possible. For virtual interviews, we recommend being in a quiet space, testing your tech ahead of time, and coming prepared to discuss your experience.
We aim for interviews to be collaborative discussions where you get a transparent view of life at our company. We look forward to potentially meeting you soon!
